Fire Station Field Trip

Maybe it was the mommy guilt from having left him, maybe it was because he was croupy, maybe it's because I was hoping I'd get to ride in a fire truck - whatever it was, I volunteered to help chaperone Clark's preschool field trip to the fire station right after we got back from Hawaii.  Nothing says welcome back to Michigan, you're not in Hawaii anymore, like walking with 26 preschoolers on a crisp Fall morning.

However, the kids had fun and learned a lot.

This guy loved having me there.

Plus, my friend Steph chaperoned too AND we did get to sit in the truck.  Woo hoo!
